The rooms were comfortable and the proximity of the restaurant was great.

The fact that Champs closed so early was greatly disappointing more than once.

The staff was great and even allowed us to socialize late in the evening at the lobby on a couple occasions. Our stay wouldn't have been nearly as positive without this as we would have been forced to go elsewhere or gone into our rooms and potentially ruined the stay for other guests. ...read more

The remolding and the great new restaurant, Champs.

We stayed the night of our wedding and were put in a room next to a crying baby, not very romantic!

We thought the overall hotel was excellent. Although when we checked in at almost 8 pm, we had to wait because the staff wasn't sure if our room was ready! Then when we finally reached our room after a long day from our wedding, we were placed in a room next to a crying baby that cried all night long, didn't really set the romantic mood we were looking, we understand this is not the hotels responsibility, but it would have been nice to have been placed somewhere else in the hotel. We did visit champs which are one of our favorite restaurants and our service there was excellent! ...read more
